Like wat i expected my boss asked mi abt ytd's. Bt she is nt those stuck up boss. In fact, she is jus like a mother 2 mi. Very nice, understanding n flexible. She spoke up for mi when she was asked by her boss.

After which, the perm gt to re-teach the new temps all over again n run the risk of mistakes made. Sumore when its a team tat needs the most manpower. Don't they noe tat "Time is MONEY"???

The company is the 1 who wanted temps, so wat had u gt 2 complain when the work's nt done or done wrongly??? Ended up, u've gt to compensate the customer for tis n tat. Wats wrong with this stupid company??? Shit in their brains. Bt i guess no smart perm will want to stay there either. Its a place for the idiots.
