Tired. Mentally n physically.

Legs r so sour now n mind is so dead nw. Ha. Cant get 2 slp last nite. I can say thruout the nite, i wasnt slping. Though i went 2 bed at 11pm bt i reali cant slp at all. My mind was awake thruout the nite till i wak up at 7am. Bro brought frens over for mj in the midnite. Even worse. So rite now i'm dead tired.

Bt i'm surprised i can last till now. Nv fell aslp during work. Ha. Was early 2dae. Although i went into the wrong lift. Ha. Bt i'm still 5 min earlier. Nan de i'm early. When i went there, i couldnt see a single soul. The receptionist wasnt there, i went into the work area, there's no 1 inside. So i went n sat at the waiting area. Finally i saw the person in charge of mi.

She told mi, i've gt 2 stay at the reception desk 2dae cos she nd 2 cover the receptionist job who is on mc 2dae. So i sat there, while she explained my job scope n aso helped out wif sum of the reception duties. Basically i'm handicapped there n answering the fone calls.

"Good Morning/Afternoon, [company name] Singapore, How may i help u??"

-This was wat i did 2dae.

Bz bz bz. Answering fone calls wasnt ez at all. Esp when u r communicating wif those Eurasians, or foreigners. I can say, i admire the receptionist. They nd 2 handle so many tings. Attending to guests, couriers, handle fone calls, transfer lines, bking of meeting rms, replyin to the emails n many other misc stuffs. Pro.

At 1st i was so afraid of answering fone calls. Always hoping it wun ring. Ha. Actually till nw i'm still scared aso. Tml the person in charge of me will b on leave till tue. And i've gt 2 cover her job which includes 1 hr of reception duties when the receptionist goes for lunch. I'm scared!!! I'm gonna b all alone. 2dae lucky there's her. Or shd sae, lucky the receptionist didnt hav her mc 2dae n tml. If nt I WILL DIE!!!!! I duno hw am i goin 2 survive thru.

Bt reception job gt its benefits aso. Start n end work on time. Sure no OT. Ha. And if there's nth 2 do, we chat. Hence, time past quite fast. Ha. So we spent quite some time chatting at the reception desk. A very nice lady 2 chat n work wif. Hardworking n fast learner n she can multi task. Like robot lidat. Ha.

And a funny ting happened 2day. I mistook a staff name as a lady's name bt is actually a HE. I called up tis fellow 2 tell him, u hav a guest here. Bt i tot i called the wrong no. I wanted 2 hung up the fone bt i asked, "Hmm, sry, i'm looking for K**** Chong." And he said he is. I paused for awhile n pretended nth happened. Aft he went into the meeting rm wif his guest, I cant endure animore i told the person-in charge, "I 4gt u told mi tis is a GUY!!!!" HAHAHA. Cos she told mi b4 tats a guy. Ha. So both of us LOL.

2dae was quite a lucky day. I get 2 sit on train when goin 2 work n bac hm. Both train rides i get 2 sit dwn so i dun hav the feeling of fainting 2dae. Hopefully tml will b the same n nth gonna crop up tml n nxt mon n tue. Let mi work in peace n I will b so glad. =)
